* The company is on the smaller/medium side, so there are no thousand layer processes for getting things done and approved like with larger companies. Everything is really simple and straight forward.
* Supervisors are very approachable and really understanding and flexible as far as needing to take a personal day or having to leave a little early for an appointment, etc.

The only reason I left was because I wanted to move into an industry that TruePath just wasn't in. I was able to learn and gain tons of transferable skills and experience during my time with this company.
