* Some of the best in cybersecurity * Broad range of customers * Important work * Some very friendly and helpful people

* Administrative and micromanaging tech management * Top-down driven tech management with long roadmaps and without any influence * Tech is siloed and driven by presenting graphs on websites instead of building critical tools for security operations * No understanding of culture and values * Misaligned vision and strategy and tech management won't touch it as it "draws too much focus from work" * Tech is informally governed by a handful of people that will dismiss your solutions at any time, even though there was alignment * Bad and sometimes non-existing communications and understanding between departments
