Thank you for your response. Glad to hear you like our office and culture, it's certainly the people that make it great. While it can give the appearance of more desks, I think it adds to our “team” culture supported by no offices for anyone...even execs. However, I'm disappointed to hear your comment on low pay. Since most of our compensation is based on sales, I'm guessing you may have been struggling a bit. It might be too late now, but, but, would have enjoyed working with you and getting you some help to turn that around.
