Hi.. Thank you for your review. Thank you for the recognition of the great people, fun & $ potential. You're right, there is a lot of potential and those who work extra hard can achieve things they may never have thought possible. But, you're off a little, we do provide a healthy base salary that is over 40% of the total comp available (at quota), so even on rough months, folks are getting paid, but, our goal is certainly not to make the base salary the goal, we want people hitting much bigger $'s. Which is why we don't have a cap on the income a person can earn.. Great advice on the over-meeting approach and something we will work on improving.
