It felt like working in a place where information was currency and management was hoarding it, treating transparency like it was a treat instead of basic professional courtesy, and that created this weird atmosphere where you're constantly second-guessing yourself because you don't have the full picture. People would ask me about direction strategy and I'd be standing there with maybe 60% of the information needed to give them a real answer, which is humiliating and makes you look unprepared when really you're just working blind. The whole thing made it impossible to do your job well because you're not informed you're just... managed through ambiguity, and after a while you stop asking for clarity because it's pretty clear that clarity isn't coming.
