The absence of a cohesive strategic vision led to a lack of clarity, introducing an excess of new ideas and solutions that hindered our ability to navigate the dynamic insurtech landscape. These structural challenges manifest both internally and externally, affecting our relationships with customers and impacting the company's growth trajectory and competitive standing.
