Management does not know what they’re doing and if you don’t know someone there you’ll be sliced for any small mistake. An account executive was just let go for being late 5 minutes twice, the talent was there but he wasn’t well liked nor did he know anyone when he started. Luckily I do

- Remote work is an option now - Flexibility in hybrid work for CA employees (we just moved to 4 days per week WFH for our team) - You get to work on a mix of tier 2 and tier 3 tickets. So good exposure to troubleshooting/technical break-fix of complex tickets. - Reputable organization (holds 6/6 MS designations)
