Working for Trustway felt like working for family. As an employee, I was encouraged and felt comfortable in my work environment.

There were not many downsides to working at Trustway. The only downsides of my job were not related to the company.

Not too many pros to share other than they bought lunch for your birthday If your a conservative, you’ll love it there

Minimum wage for being the head of a department No benefits/insurance/PTO If you’re not a conservative, you’ll hate it there
