Vantaggi
I started here part-time and moved to full-time after a few months, mostly because I kept getting pulled into projects I actually cared about. Over that time I relocated to another country and traveled a lot, and the company had my back through all of it - real help with the move and the paperwork, not just "let us know if you need anything."
The honest picture: it's fast, it's demanding, and you're expected to be responsive. But there's genuine room to breathe when you need it, I've gone to my manager and asked for time when I was running low, and that was respected. And the intensity comes with real upside. Bonuses here aren't symbolic; they actually reflect the work you put in.
Leadership invests in people directly: the CEO regularly shares useful resources and books, ran hands-on training to get the whole team comfortable with new tools (several weeks on Claude Code, walking people through problems individually), and actively encourages building things of your own.
I'm genuinely happy here.
Svantaggi
The one thing I keep wishing for is more time together in person. I'd love to see an on-site event happen soon.
I'll also say plainly: this is an always-on, high-demand place. That's a feature if you love the work and a problem if you don't, worth knowing before you sign on, not after.
