Bad Management. People working there so-called Lead are useless and having full of ego. They don't have experience people to train the freshers. More than 12 hours of work per day even on Saturdays. They treat employees as a slave and talk like rubbish to most of the employees except particulars who has a soft corner of CEO. CEO does not have a sense of communication. They terminate those who raise concerns about companies' bad side and they can terminate you any time they want and also deduct your salary if they want that too 5k to 15k. Hike in salary is based on management's (CEO's) soft corner list. Also no respect for employees. Late-night working and need to give confession in writing for why we (employees) working late at night. Also, 80% of good reviews are filled up by their marketing team. Mostly in my personal viewpoint, the company has a hard corner and anger against Maharashtrian employees though they don't show openly but they are having, if this is so then they must relocate their company to out of this state else people have the power to escalate this concern to the upper body of government.
