Even though the company have above listed prons, but still employees are not happy due to some reasons listed below: 1. Unfortunately we are humans and hence not fit for this job because we have emotional factor 2. CEO and CTO don't know these words "Soft skills", "Respect", "Politeness". 3. I witnessed once incident when CTO was yelling on an employee very badly as if he is his slave and not a human. 4. If you go on time, people will look at you as if you are doing a mistake. 5. It is a culture there to stay late in office 6. Login time is fixed but no exit time 7. They will put you in support project where there is no management 8. No proper management. The agents are doing chats and several times do not get time to have lunch or drink water. 9. DO NOT IMAGIN THAT YOU WILL HAVE A PERSONAL LIFE THERE
