      It had a wonderful environment! Really flexible schedules, and AMAZING employees.

      Management changed drastically, and while the whole company was excited about the change and thought this would be for the better, the company culture became unrecognizable. New management is more concerned with how they are personally perceived rather than how their teams are actually performing or feeling. I have never experienced employees trying to leave a company so quickly and have management not consider if this is because of something they might be doing. People do not leave companies, they leave their bosses.

Best company and team culture I have ever experienced. - my teams are more like family and friends than coworkers. 4. Best talent in the industry - Both of my teams are very capable, flexible, and put the customer's needs first. 5. We are the only profitable company in the space and we are the market leader. - This is important to allow for merit increases, promotions, and growing the team with new staff.

      1. A venture capital firm owns us, and we will be sold. It is not likely that my staff are at risk, but executives and middle management like myself will see changes once sold.
