- The founders and managers basically doesn't know what to do with the compañy and is usual that you experience strong changes in a short period of time that will be worthless in 2-3 months - Its usual with layoffs that you don't get previous notification, if they are going to fire you they will, no hesitation -Culture sucks: In TUL you are responsible for every bad decision that managers take and founders make sure to emphasizing it on every townhall (before the layoffs of this year one of the founders said 'If you don'f accept the new changes that are comming you will SUFFER' in front of everyone.
