1. Heavy workload, management often motivates employees with promises of bonuses or rewards that never happen. 2. Salary is the only consistent benefit, no actual performance bonuses are provided. 3. The company claims to follow UK culture, but that means Bangladeshi holidays are not respected. You only get 5 sick days and 7 casual leaves for the first 6 months (another 7 added later). 4. Eid holidays are taken from your casual leave — only 2 days allowed (Eid day and the day before). 5. Employee dedication is overlooked. Even simple requests (like a coffee machine for 40+ employees) are rejected. 6. Unequal treatment among teams — some teams (like AI) get new laptops and facilities, while others (who generate more value) are ignored. 7. Management gives motivational speeches and praise but rarely takes real action to improve conditions. 8. Company growth doesn’t reflect in employee benefits. No improved facilities, and even snacks are very low quality. 9. If your salary is over 1 lakh, the company cuts 5% each month and returns it after 13 months with no interest. 10. Sometimes you have to work on weekends, but no compensation or extra leave is provided. 11. There are frequent employee assessments and discussions about improving company culture and facilities but no real actions ever follow only talk.

However, all weekend or emergency work is compensated appropriately, and our HR records confirm this practice. 2. Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are issued based on measurable performance outcomes. Those who meet or exceed targets regularly receive financial recognition. 3. Work Schedule & Holidays: Since our clients and management are UK-based, our teams follow UK working hours and holidays. UK public holidays actually exceed Bangladeshi national holidays in number. Eid holidays are included within our annual leave structure, and this is clearly communicated before employment begins. 4. Employee Welfare & Facilities: We value our employees’ dedication — our retention rate exceeds 90%, which reflects our team culture. Tea, coffee, and refreshments are regularly provided, and we continue to upgrade facilities to match our company’s growth. 5. Equipment Allocation: Our AI division requires high-performance hardware due to the nature of R&D work. All teams are treated equitably, with resources allocated according to technical needs. 6. Continuous Improvement: Management is actively investing in improvements — including a new office facility, updated policies, and enhanced HR support systems — to ensure a comfortable and empowering environment. 7. Employee Growth: Many of our current senior staff began their journey with TulipTech as interns earning 10,000 BDT, and have grown into leadership roles through their own dedication and performance. We take pride in fostering long-term careers. 8. Retention Policy: The small deferred payment structure (5%) was introduced to discourage abrupt career hopping during critical project phases. The full amount is returned after 13 months with complete transparency. 9. Weekend Compensation: We reiterate that any weekend or additional work is always paid or compensated with time off, depending on the situation.
