      -Pathetic Company -They pay less salary at least not according to Indian Market -No proper planning in the IT team - Team leads treat their Juniors very badly -They follow Nepotism and Groupism -In the name Retention Bonus, they will cheat the employees -Directors staying in the US they will abuse the employees in call in front of everyone
