Tries to tell you things you can’t do when off the clock such as travelling with co-workers to get to work or taking the bus due to wanting to prevent covid, even though you work with the people all day. No opportunity for progress unless you’re qualified even if you show the required skills. Operates too much as a “corporate” structure.
