-Company has absolutely no vested interest in their employees or their success -You are easily replaceable -Zero Advancement opportunities -Provided no tools that are needed for success -No feedback provided about performance -Systems used are antiquated, programs that would have been obsolete in the early 2000's. Systems don't work 70% of the time, the other 30% they are slow -Constant pressure from customers because units are being delayed because of constant part shortages - The final straw is now there is little to no overtime; You have approximately 40 hours to do the work of 2 (or 3) people.
