Every member of the team gets treated with respect. There is always interesting interesting work around to do but it never felt like there was any unjustified pressure. The company culture is amazing, we always have a great time when we get together for drinks.
Svantaggi
Can't think of any major points. The building does not have an AC so it got quite hot during summer, so we had to come up with our own solution for that which is a bit noisy but way better then having no AC at all.
