Too confusing on its selective process

Exposure to real projects. Fully remote environment. Fast learning curve.

Role expectations were not always clear. Onboarding and support felt limited. Communication and alignment inconsistent. There was a high workload, including tasks that did not always match what had been described during the interview process. Quarterly in-person meetings across Spain were expected, with travel costs paid by employees themselves. The culture also felt quite hierarchical. Strong focus on short-term delivery over longer-term quality and team cohesion.
