TPRC is an excellent organization with a supportive and collaborative team. The leadership is approachable and values open communication, making it easy to contribute ideas and grow professionally. The company culture emphasizes learning, innovation and creating a positive and motivating environment. Overall, it’s a great place for anyone looking to develop their skills and be part of a dedicated team.

Fast-Paced Environment – Great for learning, but can be challenging to adjust to initially.

Turning Point provides a critical service to those in need of substance use treatment in the New Mexico area. Leadership and staff have done an incredible job of providing their employees with support and purpose. I spent time visiting each of the programs and the passion of the staff is contagious. I highly recommend the program.

Every job in every field can be tough. Working in behavioral health is not easy but the impact we have on clients makes it all worth it. Turning Point has done a good job of building support around their employees to help them celebrate the wins and manage the challenges.
