no pros - nothing good about this company

- super macro management , will interfere in every steps of your work - owner is cheap person, who will charge you a dollar for making mistakes in your ticket history - doesn't provide break, although it was full time position - no appreciation for your hard work - will force you to work extra hours and dont pay you or provide you leave - office is in a home , in a residential neighborhood , which is illegal - worst management - no corporate culture - shows no respect to its employees

the cheap owner will force you to work during the weekends without pay, you are entitled to take in lieu days off, I was a newcomer in Canada when I started with this company, I was not aware of the labor code, otherwise, i would have reported to the labor court. they have the wrong address on the website. they are running a business from a residential neighborhood which is not listed as their address on the website. the town house authoruty should be alarmed about this activity.
