Yeah they get talked about alot, but then you ask the question and your told its only going to be a very small minority getting it. The company preaches agility and decision making, but then ties your hands in legal and financial restraints to the level i've never seen before. Major projects are ignored for the next latest project. The company has no direction. Talent is squandered. And the company vision? Sure its mentioned a-lot but largely ignored for the next gimmick in town. We have this 5 fingered hand festooned around every building, which is increasing starting to look like a hand ready to slap you down. You can forget about a career here, the company wont be around long enough.
