Thank you for your feedback. Giving our employees work-life balance is extremely important to us. We want all employees to feel supported not only in their work, but at home as well. Our open-door policy has made Turtle a place where all employees feel comfortable, heard, and respected while having conversations with their supervisors. Thank you for your advice and we will take that into account when considering promotions and rewards.
