No job security — even long-term employees are laid off without prior notice or clear communication. Poor work-life balance — very high workload and pressure, especially in product teams. Wellness Day doesn’t make up for the everyday stress and unrealistic expectations. Management is not transparent during critical situations like layoffs. No proper support or respect shown to employees during the exit process. Leadership focuses more on cost-cutting than employee well-being.
