Till the FY 2021-22 period, (I resigned in 2022) Turvo India (HR) had a knack of hiring some of the best people who had best minds across teams. Having gotten to work with most of the teams including their PMs and EMs on a daily basis really validated this fact. I enjoyed working with people across diverse teams to improve the product, and engaging with them on or off work. 'Work culture is amazing' is really an understatement. They really hired some of the best people who had the best of brains, and this made a positive difference in the workplace. They genuinely believe in work harder and party more harder in letter and spirit. They really know how to take care of their employees.

My review is for the FY 2021-22 period. Upper Management knew and understood the bottlenecks as feedback is taken seriously, however, weren't too keen on taking action or addressing on some occasions. Due to this, they really were unable to stem the high attrition rate, despite hiring some of the best minds in the industry. There are no such typical cons as it then it is up to the individual.
