Greetings Teacher, We appreciate you taking the time to write us a review. We're glad to hear that the training, support from Teacher Rep Sophia, and resources we provide have been beneficial. It’s our goal to ensure that every team member has the tools and guidance needed to succeed. We strive for high client satisfaction, but we also understand not every student decides to give out 10s. We aim to support our teacher team through comprehensive training and resources to address any issues effectively. Regarding working hours, we recommend adding as many peak hours as possible during weekdays and weekends. This will also help teachers gain followers which leads to a more consistent schedule.
