Please be aware before joining this organization. The positive reviews are given by the company itself. Senior management is very immature. As this organization is set up by some IIT guys they give more preference to their IIT college mates. You will feel the sense of being a non - IIT every single day. 60-70% attrition in just 3 months. Work life balance is very bad.They make you work straight for 14-15 hours straight. The CEO himself is unaware of the goals so as the other cofounders. Zero Vison of this company as well as no vision and standards set by these immature management people. They still act like college students and work like some college projects.
