      The marketing manager is very nice and gave many useful resources/tips for my personal growth. I was held to a high standard and I learned a lot by being an intern.

      Due to the time difference, sometimes I need to work at night on the weekdays but I was encouraged to enjoy my weekends so I don't need to work on the weekends at all.

      Work at home tutoring Chinese students in English literature or other subjects at about middle or high school level. The students are very nice. It does take, on average, 30 to 60 minutes to prepare for the tutoring session. Not a pro or a con, but this is set up to be a part-time job for college students, so there are no "career opportunities."

      If you are a night-owl: US time changes, China's doesn't. That means in the winter, one has to work before dawn. If you are a morning person, this might be a pro.
