1. Founders say a lot to attract talent which is 95% false 2. Fired 2 people in front of me as soon as I joined, this should have been alarming to me 3. Insulated juniors in front of me with derogatory words - so you can assume the same for yourself 4. Panicked when clients preferred connecting with a project manager and would unnecessarily interfere 5. Treat you as a low-level talent because you come from a research company that as per the owner did sub-level work. Not sure why they hired from there if this was the case. 6. Make a consultant work for website content creation! 7. So many others, overall, it was toxic for me personally. It was stressful to work with people who were not transparent and made you feel not like a part of the system
