Repetitive. Improvements are very slow because everyone is too busy just keeping the current processes running and the very few people who are suppose to be improving the process aren't on the floor working the line, so they are blind to >90% of potential improvements. Also, there is a disconnect between sales and production. Many products are highly inefficient, but are included for completeness. Like an italian restaurant that includes chow mein on the menu because one customer, one time, asked for it. Many other amatuer type logistical issues between planners, warehouse, supply chain and the production line. A good, albeit immature business, with a lot of potential.

Toxic work environment: it's normalized to work 10-12 hours a day plus weekends. Except managers. They get to leave before their workers and provide zero support. Very little onboarding training. There is a buddy system to help new hires, but either no one knows about it or cares enough to actually use this system.
