      Culture is unlike any other company I've worked for. Remote positions with optional onsites. No one expects you to be at the office. Flexible working hours, unlimited PTO, two company-wide shutdowns for vacation. Good pay

      Svantaggi

      Lack of structure and process. Twitch products doesn't seem to cater to the actual community. Two rounds of layoffs (~700) within a year. Looks like Amazon may kill off Twitch eventually.

      - Amazon influence over Twitch getting more and more impactful and invasive. - Fun and enjoyable workplace slipping further and further away to more corporate bureaucracy. - CEO is not as trusted as once was.
