It's a great place to work alongside really fun coworkers. Everyone here has such a varied background that really comes to life in all of the different park experiences that we build. Since the company is still growing, you get the chance to gain hands on experience and learn things that may take years in more established companies. The one thing that surprised me was how great their benefits were for such a small company. I'm on a national PPO plan that's pretty minimal in cost compared to my previous employers. They also offer really low cost vision and dental plans, plus an FSA that I can use on medical costs pre-tax. We also have a very flexible PTO policy that I've been fortunate to use on vacations and when I've had a few family emergencies in the past. Between the traditional benefits, flexible PTO, dog-friendly office and the stock options offered, I'd say the benefits definitely out weigh the slightly chaotic nature of a start-up environment.

The company is continually changing as they learn what does and doesn't work for the park. This agile movement can be difficult if you're someone who is used to a slower pace and a more structured environment.
