I feel like I have to speak up and say something about the lack of gratitude shown to the staff. I’m really struggling with the decisions regarding this year’s Christmas party, it’s the last straw. We all get that the founder has certain “beliefs”, but to impose a dry Christmas party on the staff is ridiculous after how hard we all work every single day. It feels like you are being cheap and don’t care enough to understand the people that push the envelope And grown your business.
