There are no pros. This is not a good job.

Poor leadership. Low, bottom line pay, yet they want you to break your back while sometimes working 12 hour days. Low appreciation. Working 40 plus hours a week, you will do good to receive a $300 weekly paycheck. You must be able to drive your own car to jobs, with little to no mileage compensation.

The employees of this location average between $375-$500 or more per week. It looks as though the person who wrote this review posted it to the wrong location as none of us have ever played golf in our lives, ha!

We have a great team and system! Designed for people to make as much or as little money as they want. Faith and family friendly atmosphere. We really push each other to become the best versions of ourselves.

There's still room for improvement and would be nice for turnover to be lower.
