Alright - Recensione dipendente - Front Desk Receptionist presso Two Rivers Dental

Management team, especially owner Dr. Reem Shafi, is very present and easy to communicate with. Staff ideas and concerns are not only listened to, but supported and acted upon. Patient care and experience is a top priority along with employee satisfaction.

Staff shortages- is a problem everywhere, not just at this company.

Easy job to land as an entry level assistant since they’re desperate for employees

If you are dental assistant especially right out of school, RUN from this place. Do not waste your time. The pay sucks and they pretend like they will train you but you can tell that the person training you is already overworked and doesn’t have time for you honestly. So disappointing and discouraging. I worked for an office under two rivers dental corp. for 3 days and then was told I would start at another office the next day but they would call me back with details. Never called me back (called them several times and got through to no one plus the voicemail box was full). Also emailed them just for them to email me DAYS later stating that I had two “no call no shows”. How can that be possible if I was never scheduled via phone, email, or the app? Anyways I sent two emails and made atleast ten phone calls to no avail. This place is a joke. The HR staff obviously have no idea what’s going on and could care less. They were also loud and argumentative with each other during orientation which should have been a red flag in itself. I’m so upset that I wasted my time with this piece of crap corporation. Not to mention terrible benefits package. Like I said, total joke.
