Curriculum implementation is constant and ever changing. There are far too many specialists walking around the hallways.

Colleagues are very welcoming and collaborate well with each other.

No discipline in the schools. Leadership is a revolving door at every level, with each new person bringing initiatives that fall through every time. Severe lack of communication from management. Drug use and bullying are rampant among students and nothing is seemingly done about it.
