You may not have the most current information on our 401k Plan and flexibility options to optimize your PTO. Our 401k plan does allow self-directed investments and our 401k plan also accepts rollovers from prior jobs.

There are some managers you want to avoid, unless you are really good at communicating issues, otherwise they are quite dismissive and they put a lot of faith in AI tools.
If you are a senior level engineer there is an expectation to perform at a high level at all times, and you will be asked to do tasking that you may have not originally signed up for, but hey that comes with the high pay.
Getting approval for conference/training is not great, this point in particular was disappointing for me, because I am a bit of a celebrity in my domain and I would figure that the company would use that to their advantage to market the company.

Dear Former Employee - Thank you for the 4 Start Review and specific feedback. Somethings we can take forward and discuss how to improve. What stood out for me - "they do care". We most certainly do care about our employees and know they have a life outside of work, one that should be prioritized.
