It never happens and as a result, so many people have left. Anyone looking for a job here should ask any past employee how they feel…it will be a resounding “thank god I left”. Only family members are respected here. I have seen employees work so hard here just to see the CEO’s kids get promoted in front of them. It’s a shame. They have been in business for so long but don’t realize what got them to this position won’t keep them here. They continue to lose every big client and no one is held accountable for messing up. I know finding a job can be hard, but working at Two by Four is harder. Trust the process and look elsewhere. I already have had so many great conversations. That goes for any client reading this too…ask Travel South Dakota what happened.

What a horrific establishment. Run for the hills before taking a job here. Every single negative review is spot on. You will like you are being watched and monitored 24/7. The responses to the negative feedback is down right comical. It’s been years since I have worked here and I still am so upset about the way I was treated. Stay far away.
