Unlimited PTO, Stock options, Healthcare, Mental health expense reimbursement, Remote. Management listens and retrospectives are taken seriously. The company course corrects according to business and internal culture needs. 1:1 meetings with the CTO and CEO yield positive changes. Employee satisfaction and avoidance of burn out is a clear priority and is communicated as such. Feedback is timely and frequent. There is very little bureaucracy and the team is incentivized to help each other rather than compete for attention like one might be at a big corporation that does stack ranking.

The team is small and flat, so you need to be comfortable learning and potentially wearing many hats. I think this will only be a con for people who are used to big corporations where one can be super specialized. It might not be the best place for someone very early in their career unless they're comfortable asking for a lot of help from their teammates, since we're given freedom and aren't micromanaged.
