1. Compensation and Benefits
• Salaries are not competitive unless in leadership or director roles.
• Benefits are limited and do not meet most modern day standards.
2. Client Focus and Cultural Alignment
• The organization heavily prioritizes conservative clients, limiting diversity in work.
• Religious practices (such as praying in meetings) are imposed regardless of individual faith backgrounds.
• Workplace signage states that your employment is a privilege given by God, which can feel exclusionary.
3. Workload and Respect
• The Client Experience team (account/project management) is extremely overworked and underpaid relative to their responsibilities (in return has caused a high turnover rate).
• Employees who are not faith-driven or open about their beliefs do not receive the same level of respect or inclusion
• You have to beg for a career growth/progression plan. Unless you put in your notice, then they’ll try to convince you they were planning to move you to a director level role.
