Childish CEO with HUGE ego, can't be receptive to feedback and takes everything as a personal attack to his petty character of a person Every individual department likes to cover their own backside and refuse to take responsibility for anything, especially making work flow so difficult Admins are pressured to do sales and when KPI isn't met, admins are blamed because you will not pass your probation if you're unwilling to do sales as an admin, or everything else outside of your job scope.

- Everyday sweet promises that never happen for years - Meet new colleagues every month as everyone keep resigning and hiring

- Lowest medical claim available not even enough for 5 times a year - OT without salary, will “pressure” you to volunteer for it. Even on leave or sick. - Never on time salary payment, always drag until next month few weeks later - Lowest benefits in the market, or maybe no benefits at all - Performance review not depends on your effort and performance but on employer’s mood and preference - Never get bonus as company always on financial difficulties will keep telling you next year and continue - Job title & responsibilities always mismatched & overloaded - Toxic ,gossip & politics everywhere - Always will tell you will deduct salary - No boundaries & respect
