Company is always changing direction. Stores are closing at an alarming rate. If your store closes you’ll be out of a job. Consistently lied to. Don’t count on bonuses. No fair evaluations. Evaluations are rigged so that they don’t have to give raises. No 401K match. Across the board pay freezes. Inadequate training. Lack of ODs. Minimal PTO is prorated. Good luck at using any because they’re always short on coverage. Have to work while sick. They prefer RMs, DMs, Optical Managers, and Dispensers with no optical experience. Focus is on numbers, and cutting hours. Frame selection is poor.
