Profit over people - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso U.S. Vision

Cut back in commission - harder to obtain goals. Asks to much of managers; expected to go above and beyond but expected to do so for little pay. Company seems more focused on profit then obtaining and keeping talent and customers. Most of the DM's are unhelpful.
