Vantaggi

I WORKED REMOTELY THIS WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS POSITION. Stay away Non Standard Company

Svantaggi

Supervisor was horrible. No patience. Training was bad. Rude. Manager was even worse. Unless your hispanic that treat you horrible! The supervisor and manager acted like gangsters, not proffessional at all. I dont think that either one had a college degree or had any management experience. They both lead with threats instead of encouragement. They were both ghetto

Vantaggi

Terrible all around in general- I had to put a 1 star at least to move forward with this review.

Svantaggi

Working in the subrogation unit was a highly stressful and demoralizing experience due to a toxic work environment driven by unrealistic expectations and poor management practices. The unit was run under intense micromanagement, where autonomy and independent thinking were essentially nonexistent. Every minor task was overly scrutinized, and decisions were second guessed without offering any meaningful guidance or support. The manager maintained an aggressive communication style, constantly talking down to team members in both meetings and emails. Feedback, when given, was rarely constructive and often delivered in a condescending or dismissive tone, making it difficult to feel valued or respected. Throughout the day, I would receive a near-constant stream of emails demanding updates, questioning progress, or assigning last-minute tasks all while being expected to meet quotas that were clearly unattainable given the volume and complexity of the workload. Instead of fostering collaboration and professional growth, the environment was built on fear, pressure, and unrealistic performance metrics. There was little to no recognition for hard work or success, and burnout was a constant threat. Despite being committed to the job and maintaining a strong work ethic, the toxic culture made it difficult to thrive or even perform at a sustainable level. Ultimately, the combination of micromanagement, poor communication, and unreasonable expectations created a deeply negative and unproductive work experience.
