Management cares only about their budget and metrics and employees are only a number. Cuts jobs without a care if Montreal headquarters tell them to do so. Employees are asked to do lots of overtime without pay as they have to make deliveries but budget will not allow for extra wages. No staff morale. Managers in general not trained and educated and struggle to control employees.
