Recently, team budget has been allocated based on how much AI you can cram into products. - Long term external employees suddenly getting let go with no one to replace them. - Middle management doesn't show a lot of interest in employees. Lack of communication to employees, with concerns left unaddressed. - Management imposed a large scale transition of development environments into a less functional environment that was missing key development features in order to cut costs.
