Good work life balance, if you work for a good boss. 50% not good

Very AI focused which is good for growth personally. But company is instilling all AI driven tracking metrics, how many hours logged on, how many hours in the office, how much usage of company tech AI apps. Any failings leads to potential additions to April redundancy pool. Very dark hearted redundancy process sudden death like. One day your here next day dismissed without any communication or contact with close friends you’ve made over time. Very hard to get promoted also. Very rank focused if I as an AD have a better idea than an ED who’s not competent you are deemed as a threat and removed from conversations due to your rank. I’ve been told I’d get away with my comments if my rank was higher

I really enjoyed the office, the culture was great. Professional but relaxed. Opportunities are available if you want to advance.

It really depended on which team you were put on, I enjoyed working with my FAs. Base pay was not particularly high and it was up to the FAs to add any compensation. Some do and some don't.
