      UBS does look great on a resume. I feel I am getting a lot of good experience there right now.

      It is a very large organization so this can be overwhelming at times. I think this also can lead to many important aspects being overlooked as well.

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
