Decent vacation time - 20days plus 3 personal days. Nothing else

Horrible management that doesn't communicate to their employees. No opportunity for growth they only promote people they like and there are only very few of those. The bonus is laughable below 3% and they don't give annual cost of living raises. Management demands you to work a lot of OT and weekends - no work life balance whatsoever.

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
