The firm is going through a huge internal restructuring at the moment, so there is some confusion about hor the firm and management structures will look like after it's done. It's taken significant layoffs and uncertainty, so it's become very frustrating for employees. However, looking to the future, once the restructuring is done, it should go back to being a great place to work at.
